Accessory Dwelling Unit Incentive Program
The Town of Dillon ADU Incentive Program will waive or reimburse tap fees associated with constructing a freestanding structure or cottage in the rear of an existing residence. Through a deed restriction, the ADU can then be rented to a person who is working in and serving the Summit County communit

Sledding Hill Closure
Due to social distancing recommended by Summit County Health, the sledding hill will be closed to the public until further notice. The closure is to the sledding hill only due to large crowds congregating at the sledding hill location. The Rec. Path & Nature Trails remain open.
