 Resolution 24-19, Series of 2019. Town Council Review:

The Town Council of the Town of Dillon will conduct a public hearing for a Level IV Development Application for consideration of a Class S-3 Subdivision of Lot 17A and Lot 17B, Block A, New Town of Dillon located at 205 and 175 E. La Bonte Street, Town of Dillon, Colorado for a Condominium Map for the Sail Lofts Condominium, Phase I and a boundary line elimination of the interior lot line between Lot 17A and Lot 17B to create one lot.

 The public hearing shall be held before the Town Council of the Town of Dillon at the regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the Class S-3 Subdivision application.  Information may be obtained by contacting the Town of Dillon Planning Department and the Town of Dillon website at www.townofdillon.com.

 Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on May 21, 2019.

Resolution PZ 06-19, Series of 2019. Planning and Zoning Commission Review:

The Town of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing regarding the consideration of a Level IV development application for a Class S-3 Subdivision of Lots 17A & 17B, Block A, New Town of Dillon for a condominium map and final plat for the Sail Lofts Condominiums – Phase I, located at 175 & 205 E. La Bonte Street, Dillon, Colorado. The Condominium map defines the volumes for twenty-four (24) units in the building and sets forth Common Elements and Limited Common Elements for the building. The final plat reflects a boundary line elimination of the interior lot line between Lot 17A and Lot 17B.

 

The public hearing shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon during the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the application.  Information may be obtained by contacting the Dillon Planning Department.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on May 1, 2019.
