Resolution PZ 04-19, Series of 2019. Planning and Zoning Commission Review:

 The Town of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing regarding the consideration of the Panera PUD development plan and Conditional Use, an amendment to The Ridge at Dillon PUD located at 257 Dillon Ridge Road. The Panera Bread restaurant will have a Drive-in Facility, which requires conditional use review.  Additional information may be found on the Town of Dillon website at:


The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon will hold the Public Hearing at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6th, 2019 at the Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the development application.  Information may be obtained by contacting Ned West at (970) 262-3421.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O.
