Panera Bread Restaurant - located at 257 Dillon Ridge Road

The Point at Dillon Ridge Limited is proposing a retail outlet for Panera Bread Bakery Cafe. Located near the union of Interstate 70 and Highway 6, on the west end of The Ridge at Dillon retail subdivision off Dillon Ridge Road. The development is to consist of a single 4,529 s.f. building, drive through window access, and parking for 47 vehicles. The design of the Panera Bread aims to create an inviting building that appropriately responds to its surroundings.

Sail Lofts Phase 2 - located at 235 E. LaBonte Street

The second phase of the Dillon Flats Condominiums, consisting of a 24 unit condominium building and its associated parking located on 235 E. LaBonte Street. The unit mix for the building includes three (3) One Bedroom & One Bath Units, seventeen (17) Two Bedroom & Two Bath Units, and four (4) Three Bedroom & Two Bath Units. The fourth floor residential plan (Fifth story from street level) shows the additional third bedroom & loft for units 17, 20, 21 and 24.

Vail Health Surgery Center - located at N. Dillon Ridge Road

The proposed building consists of a multi-story building with medical offices and clinics and an attached three-level parking structure. The building will include an urgent care center, orthopedic surgery center, physical therapy, physician clinic space and other accessory uses necessary to support the medical clinic operations. Much of the lower level of the medical building and parking structure are embedded and / or buried in the hillside.

Dillon Urgent Care & Residences - located at 956 W. Anemone Trail

Urgent Care PZ15-19

The proposed project includes an urgent care and imaging center, three associated workforce housing apartments, and eighteen condominiums in a separate building at the back of the site. The condominiums are served by a parking garage that is under the condominium portion of the building and set into the hillside.
