Qualifications include a minimum of two (2) years of administrative and/or human resource experience. Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business or public administration preferred. The Dillon Marina, located in beautiful Summit County, Colorado is looking for a sailing instructor for the 2018 summer season. If high-altitude, lake sailing with gorgeous mountain back-drops is on your list, and you can offer a superior level of customer service and patience to students 18 year and older, we would like to hear from you.
Our sailing school offers Basic Keelboat courses as well as private lessons and sailing tours across the beautiful waters of Lake Dillon. Opportunities available for both full time and part time positions. A set schedule including weekends and holidays is required, from mid-May through September. Opportunities for commissioning and decommissioning of customer vessels is available depending on experience.
Requirements: Must possess superior boat handling skills, be able to teach both classroom and on-water courses and be a strong swimmer. Certified ASA or USSA instructor certification as well as rigging experience preferred. Compensation DOE.
