We hope you enjoy the various public parks in the Town of Dillon. All of our parks are for day use only and may be used on a first come first use basis. Parks are open from sunrise until one hour after sunset. If you would like to use one of our parks for a family reunion, birthday, wedding or other special event they may be reserved. A Park Reservation Form can be downloaded below. If you are organizing a fundraiser such as a walk or bike ride you may also reserve one of the park facilities but these types of events require a Special Use Permit (SUP)Park facilities can be rented in full day or in half-day increments. You may call 970-468-2403 to check on availability of the park you would like to reserve and for current rates. (No reservations available November 1 through April 30.)

Marina Park Pavilion 


With mountain views over Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile and Gore Mountain Ranges, the Marina Park Pavilion offers incredible vistas. The Dillon Marina and the Dillon Amphitheater are adjacent to the park. Parking is available in the Marina Park parking  lot adjacent to the park. Vehicles are not allowed in the park itself and are subject to ticketing and towing.  

Marina Park Pavilion Facilities Include:

  • Covered pavilion with picnic tables (seating for 80-90 people) 
    • 8 picnic tables under the covered pavilion and 2 uncovered, each table is 26" x 98 1/2"
  • Small Playground 
  • Large Charcoal Grill 
  • Electrical Outlets
    • Four, 4-plex outlets
  • Potable Water 
  • Small Charcoal Grills 
  • ADA Restroom Facilities
  • The FIREPLACE under the Pavilion is for LOOKS ONLY, it does NOT turn on.

Marina Park Pavilion Reservations

Please note, we do not start taking Marina Park Pavilion reservations until the first day of January of the current calendar year.  All reservations are granted on a first come, first served basis. All reservations MUST fill out the application.

On the morning of January 2nd all applications will be processed in the order they are received by email. Upon receipt of a completed reservation application for an available date, we will send an email confirmation with payment options. If your requested date and/or time is not available, you will be contacted by the Town of Dillon to discuss alternative options. The availability of dates are not  guaranteed.  Please call the Town of Dillon at 970-468-2403 to request the current availability of a specific date.  

Reservations are not available for the following dates:  Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. 

Marina Park Pavilion Reservations Information and Fees

We do our best to make sure that all information on this reservations calendar is correct and up to date. However, event details can and do change after calendar entry. For that reason we advise you to call Dillon Town Hall before making any final decisions on reserving a specific date. Reservation Times and Fees 

Prime Season: The Friday preceding Memorial Day through the Monday ending Labor Day

Out of Season: The Tuesday after Labor Day through October 31; May 1 to the Thursday before Memorial Day

Half Day Times: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. | Full Day Time: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Park Rental fees include cleaning. Rental Fees are subject to change, call Town Hall for current rates.

No reservations available November 1 through April 30.

Reservations begin on 1st business day of January for the current year.

Proof of residency is required for Summit County Resident and Dillon Resident discounts. 


**Please Note: The Marina Park Pavilion sits adjacent to the Dillon Amphitheater. The Town of Dillon operates the Dillon Amphitheater throughout the summer with concerts or events every Friday and Saturday night from early June through mid September. Please keep in mind if you are booking the Pavilion on a Friday or Saturday Night there will be extra traffic, limited parking and additional ambient noise in the area. We encourage everyone to check the Dillon Events Calendar prior to making a reservation.**

  • The Permittee shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent and suppress forest fires. No material shall be disposed of by burning in fires. The Town of Dillon strictly prohibits open-air fires. 
  • In case of change of address, the Permittee shall immediately notify the Town’s offices at (970) 468-2403, who oversees the park permits. 
  • Alcohol may be consumed in Town parks, and all state liquor laws shall apply. 
  • Alcohol cannot be given or sold to anyone under the age of 21. 
  • No alcohol may be sold without issuance of a Special Events Permit by the Town of Dillon and State of Colorado. 
  • No signs or advertising devices shall be erected or posted on the area covered by this permit, or roads/highways leading thereto. 
  • If you plan to use a catering company for your event at the Pavilions, please have the catering company contact the Town Hall so that the caterers understand park regulations as well. 
  • The Town of Dillon adheres to Leave No Trace for all our Parks. 
  • Payment of the permit fee must be with in 7 days of the reservation request under the terms of this permit. 
  • Permit fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Fees shall be made payable to the Town of Dillon, and returned with the appropriate permit form to Park Reservations, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 or in person at the Dillon Town Hall located at 275 Lake Dillon Drive in Dillon. 
  • Reservation Confirmation and Town of Dillon receipt must be present and available at the event for proof of rental.
