Dillon Amphitheater Vendors

The Town of Dillon is currently accepting applications for concessions at the Dillon Amphitheater for the 2020 Summer Events Season. 

The season will kick-off June 19, 2020. We plan on hosting 6 – 8 paid shows throughout the summer. Season dates will run early June through mid-September and we expect to host thirty-three paid and free events. Vendors will be expected to attend at least thirty of the thirty-three events. Successful applicants will communicate in writing the dates they will be absent prior to May 1, 2020. 

Gate opening time will vary by show. Gates will open 60 minutes prior to show time. For the safety of our patrons’ vendors will be required to set-up prior to gates opening. No trucks will be allowed in the venue once gates are open. Vehicles will not be allowed into the venue until 30 minutes after showtime. If you must break-down prior to the allotted time, all equipment must be hand-carted from the facility. 

Vendors are an important part of the guest experience at the Dillon Amphitheater and are required to treat all guests in a professional courteous manner. Dillon offers recycling receptacles and compostable materials are preferred. Dillon Amphitheater does not allow the use of Styrofoam by our vendor partners. 

Vendors will be required to hold a registered Business License with the Town of Dillon, remit sales tax and, pay a $500 fee payable to The Town of Dillon.

Vendors who are interested in partnering with us for the 2020 Summer Season must fill out the application below by April 10, 2020.

We will confirm that we received your application. An application does not guarantee you any dates at the Dillon Amphitheater but does mean you will be considered for the current season. We will have a vendor selection committee and notify you by April 15, 2020 if you are selected to be a vendor at the Dillon Amphitheater. 

If you are selected as a vendor partner you will need to submit the following on or before May 1, 2020: 

Business License 

Health Certificate 

Proof you have passed the necessary inspections to vend in the Town of Dillon 

Copy of Manager Safety Training Certificate 

Money for the Health Department
