The Town of Dillon formed an Economic Development Advisory Committee for the purpose of reviewing and advising Town Council on matters related to economic development which will help Dillon grow and enhance sustainable business and Town revenues, both in the short and the long term.
Christine Berwynn - Chairman
Christine is a Senior marketing and sales professional recognized for building a record of success in directing and developing food tourism, real estate and ski resort marketing/sales campaigns, strategies and solutions. Proven history of strategic positioning, creative conceptualization and motivational leadership combined with a natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Bill moved to Summit County, CO in 2007, and has been eagerly working to ensure the legal needs and rights of individuals and businesses throughout Colorado. The main office is in Colorado, and the firm maintains a presence in New York State where Bill handles ongoing litigation and other legal matters for his clients. Before coming to Colorado, Bill practiced for 18 years at Gleichenhaus, Marchese & Falcone, P.C. in Buffalo, NY.
The firm's practice areas include personal injury and insurance claims, civil litigation, corporate and business related matters, real estate, including leases, and estate planning matters, criminal and DUI matters as well as many general practice areas of law
Bill is the current President of the Dillon Business Association and works to promote a positive business environment in Dillon.
Bonnie Moinet has been the finance director for the Town of Frisco since April 2007, prior to which she served as finance director for the City of Alamosa. She is a certified public accountant and certified professional finance officer, as well as a long time member of Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), Colorado CGFOA, and the Colorado Society of CPAs. Bonnie is a resident of the Town of Dillon (La Riva del Lago) and is interested in servicing on EDAC in the hopes of helping develop the Town of Dillon through a well thought out process.
Elena is a landscape architect and planner and has worked on a broad range of projects in both professional realms. She believes that the success of a project is intimately tied to the planning process and the framework that is created and followed throughout the course of design.
Elena has worked as a project manager, site planner, public facilitator and landscape architect. She has a broad range
of experience in urban and rural communities and with both public and private sector clients, including municipalities
throughout the mountains and western slope of Colorado. Her ability to communicate makes her an effective project
manager able to resolve challenges from a technical perspective as well as community related issues, evaluation of
alternatives and creating realistic solutions for all projects.
Elena has been involved with a wide variety of redevelopment and infill projects for the past 10 years. She provides technical assistance to
Downtown Colorado Inc., and is a member of the Summit County Lower Blue Planning Commission.
Nathan J. Nosari
Nathan J. Nosari is a Property Manager for Keystone Resort Property Management and is responsible for managing 2 Homeowner Associations that contains 182 units and 21 acres. He oversees association maintenance, rental units, and financials. Nathan has over 15 years experience in community management and commercial real estate development/redevelopment.
Prior to KRPM, Nathan has worked for:
• J. Herzog as its Senior Asset Manager. He was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, operating and capital budgets, and construction projects for a real estate portfolio containing 5.7 million square feet of distressed retail space and 500 rooms of lodging.
• Granby Ranch as its Developer Associate. He was responsible for developing 130 residential properties and a 260,000 square foot retail center within a 5,000 acre master planned mountain resort.
• His local government experience includes working for the City of West Tawakoni (Dallas Metroplex) as its Village Administrator, the Village of Lemont (Chicagoland) as its Downtown Program Manager (urban redevelopment), and the City of Collinsville (Saint Louis Area) as its Economic Developer.
Nathan received a Masters of Public Administration in Local Government from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 1994 and a second Masters of Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver in 2002.
