The Town of Dillon will transition leadership during a Town Council Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 28, beginning at 4:30 p.m.

Following the approval of the agenda and the consent agenda, the Town will recognize outgoing Mayor Carolyn Skowyra and Council Member Oliver Luck, honoring their service and contributions to the Dillon community.

The Town will also welcome its newly elected officials during a swearing-in ceremony. Joshua Samuel will take the oath of office as Dillon’s new mayor. He will be joined by incumbent Council Member Linda Oliver and incoming Council Members Benedict J. Raitano and Shannon White, each beginning a four-year term on the Town Council.

This meeting represents both a moment to reflect on the dedication of outgoing leaders and an opportunity to look ahead as new officials step into their roles.
